1. General Provisions

If any personal details change (mobile number, bank account information), update your profile right away. Failure to keep information current may result in delayed or cancelled transactions.

• Deposit ৳22,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳42,000

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times (10x). This means you must place bets totalling 10 times the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable.

5.2 VIP Program

We have a 4-tier VIP program for regular players:

• Bronze: weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Gold: weekly cashback up to 0.8%

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period; expired bonuses are cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be claimed at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• The betting rules and wagering requirements for bonus funds will be stated in each offer.
• If manipulation of the bonus system is suspected, cvk333 may cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
• cvk333's decision is final on all bonus-related matters.

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

6.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error or disconnection occurs during a game, the result of the round in progress will be determined based on server logs. cvk333 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures; however, appropriate action will be taken in cases of proven server-side errors.

6.3 Bet Limits

8. Account Suspension and Closure

cvk333 may temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice in cases of violation of these Terms, suspicious activity, or the need for an investigation.

8.2 Closure by the Member

If you wish to close your account yourself, please contact our 24/7 live chat support. Withdraw any valid withdrawable balance before closing the account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months) may be subject to an administrative fee. Members will be notified in advance about this.

9. Limitation of Liability

cvk333 does not bear responsibility for the following:

• Gaming losses caused by internet disconnection.
• Errors or delays in third-party payment systems.
• Service interruptions caused by unexpected technical issues.
• The user's own negligence or disclosure of security information.
